Daily Movement Training
Three full days of guided movement sessions with Leo in an intimate group setting. Training focuses on bodyweight strength, mobility, and technique, following the LeoMoves approach.
Luxury Stay & Full Board
Four nights at Six Senses Ibiza with full board included, featuring high-quality meals and access to the spa, sauna, pools, and the hotel’s wellness facilities throughout the retreat.
Recover, Reset & Learn

The retreat takes place at Six Senses Ibiza, a high-quality wellness resort that supports focused training alongside proper recovery. Alongside movement sessions, there is time to unwind and make use of the facilities.

During the retreat, you’ll learn more about Leo’s approach to bodyweight training, strength, mobility, handstands, body awareness, and other elements of his movement practice.

Group size is limited to maintain a focused and personal atmosphere. Sessions are suitable for all levels and can be adapted to individual experience.
