About the event
In this full day workshop, we’ll go through the following elements:
Bodyweight by LeoMoves
My approach to bodyweight training uses movement to build strength, mobility, balance and coordination at the same time. We’ll work in all three dimensions, starting with the fundamentals and then combining them into fluid, creative sequences. You’ll leave with new ideas you can bring straight into your own practice.
Partner Work
Moving with a partner makes training more playful and often more challenging. I will show you different ways how to use my moves with a partner to make moving fun and challenging at the same time.
