In collaboration with PEAQ – The New Swiss Performance Water – we invite you to move, sweat, and hydrate with purpose.
On June 7, we're taking over the Kraftwerk Zurich, where conscious hydration meets powerful movement. Get ready for a day full of inspiring sessions with great people and a great community.
These 45-minute sessions are open to all levels and will give you a dynamic introduction to my unique bodyweight training style. Mixing coordination, strength and mobility in a fun and playful way.
