About the event
In this workshop, I will share my unique style and philosophy of bodyweight training with you. Based on my experience, I will mix handstand, movement, functional training, breakdance and more into a 2 hour workshop that is approachable for every fitness level.Â
Learn how to become strong and flexible at the same time and perform moves that will catch people's attention wherever you train!
