I will share my philosophy and unique style of bodyweight training with you.

3 dimensional movements inspired by disciplines such as breakdance, breakletics, gymnastics and more will challenge your strength, mobility and coordination. You will get introduced to basic elements which we will combine, evolve and play around with to create cool combos.

Handstand and other inversions

Being able to stand on the hands is a fascinating thing. Body awareness, balance, strength and more elements have to come together to master the handstand. I will share my knowledge about handstands with you to bring you closer to your goal. We will also have a look at other hand balancing elements and If wished I give inputs to more advanced forms such as handstand press or one arm handstand.

Partner work

Use a partner to become a better mover and have fun! I will show you different ways how to use my moves with a partner to make moving fun and challenging at the same time.

Strength

Push-ups feel boring? Want to have strong legs in unusual angles? Let me show you new variations that will level up your game without using additional weight.

Mobility

Being strong and flexible at the same time. This is what I aim for. Let me show you exercises that helped me with my upper body, front splits, middle splits and pancakes.

There will be a 60min lunch break in between.

The workshop is open for every level and will give you a great insight into my philosophy of moving and training.
