In this 90-minute session, I will share some key elements of my bodyweight training approach with you!
I will mix movement, functional training, bodyweight flows and more into this workshop. Learn how to become strong and flexible at the same time and perform moves that will catch people's attention wherever you train!
The workshop is open for every level and will give you a great insight into my philosophy of moving and training.
