About the event
In this full day workshop we go through the following elements:
Bodyweight by LeoMoves
You’ll learn Leo’s approach to bodyweight training and how movement is used to develop strength, mobility, and coordination. Sessions include threedimensional movements. You’ll be introduced to fundamental elements and how to combine them, building fluid and creative movement sequences.
Partner work
Use a partner to become a better mover and have fun! I will show you different ways how to use my moves with a partner to make moving fun and challenging at the same time.
