Bodyweight by LeoMoves

I will share my philosophy and unique style of bodyweight training with you.

3 dimensional movements inspired by disciplines such as breakdance, breakletics, gymnastics and more will challenge your strength, mobility and coordination. You will get introduced to basic elements which we will combine, evolve and play around with to create cool combos.

Handstand and other inversions

Being able to stand on the hands is a fascinating thing. Body awareness, balance, strength and more elements have to come together to master the handstand. I will share my knowledge about handstands with you to bring you closer to your goal. We will also have a look at other hand balancing elements and If wished I give inputs to more advanced forms such as handstand press orone arm handstand.
