About the event
Together with Basel Social Club and Balboa, we are bringing this LeoMoves workshop to a unique setting during Art Basel week.
Just a few steps from Basel SBB train station, Basel Social Club is transforming a multi-story building into a temporary social stage for art, movement, and creative exchange.
In this 2-hour workshop, you will experience my approach to bodyweight training: a mix of movement, functional training, bodyweight flows, and creative movement. We will explore how to build strength, mobility, coordination, and body control using only your own bodyweight.
The workshop is open to all levels and gives you an insight into my philosophy of becoming stronger, more flexible, and more creative with your own body.
