About the event
There will be a 60min lunch break in between.
🍴Nourishing and delicious lunch bowls will be provided by kaisin. And Pozzible will keep you energized for the afternoon session with my favorite protein bars! This is all included in your ticket, and we’ll reach out to you to choose your bowl closer to the date.
The workshop is open for every level and will give you a great insight into my philosophy of moving and training.
