New York second session - LeoMoves Workshop

Due to high demand, we’re excited to offer an additional workshop for the New York community!

Please note, both workshops will cover the same content.

In this workshop, I will share my unique style and philosophy of bodyweight training with you. Based on my experience, I will mix handstand, movement, functional training, breakdance and more into a 2 hour workshop that is approachable for every fitness level. 

Learn how to become strong and flexible at the same time and perform moves that will catch people's attention wherever you train!

The workshop is open for every level and will give you a great insight into my philosophy of moving and training.
